SSP2617 is a single-channel H-bridge driver chip, providing an integrated motor drive solution for toys, robots, consumer goods and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The maximum operating voltage of SSP2617 is 25V. It can provide a continuous output current of up to 3.0A and a peak output current of 5.0A. It also features over-temperature protection with a shut-off function and overcurrent protection (IOCP = 5.0A).
This chip is a highly integrated SOC chip that supports HPLC communication. The physical layer complies with the national grid standard Q/GDW12087.41. It adopts advanced digital-analog hybrid design technology and process, fully integrating the HPLC analog front-end circuit, digital signal processing circuit, memory, and MCU onto a single chip, thereby completing data modulation and demodulation as well as protocol layer processing. The HPLC communication channel of this chip uses OFDM modulation and demodulation method, supporting a signal frequency range of 200KHz to 12MHz. It can support up to 411 subcarriers and supports BPSK, QPSK and 16QAM mapping for different rate modes to achieve a maximum transmission speed of 12Mbps. The chip is equipped with a powerful Turbo forward error correction and interleaving technology, and the transmission mode is flexible and configurable, enabling reliable communication even under strong noise interference. This chip integrates a 32-bit MCU core and a rich set of on-chip resources, which can meet the software functional requirements and application development needs of the MAC layer and above of the power grid dual-mode communication protocol layer.
SSP9492 is a monolithically integrated switched-off step-down constant-voltage driver with programmable output current, which can operate over a wide input voltage range and has excellent load and linearity regulation. Safety protection mechanisms of SSP9492 include peak current limiting per cycle, soft-start, over-voltage protection, temperature protection and short circuit protection, etc. It is very suitable for wide voltage input buck use. The unique soft-switching ZVS technology combined with the super junction medium-voltage MOSFET enables efficiency up to 93%. It supports typical circuit applications such as input 48V output 12V/2.5A, input 19V output 5V/4A, input 85V output 12V/2A, input 12V output 5V/3A.
The SSP2927 provides an integrated motor driver solution for cameras, consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The device can drive one dc motor or other devices like solenoids. The output driver block consists of N- channel power MOSFETs configured as an H-bridge to drive the motor winding. An internal charge pump generates needed gate drive voltages. The SSP2927 can supply up to 1.8A of output current. It operates on a motor power supply voltage from 0 to 12 V, and a device power supply voltage of 1.8 V to 7 V. The SSP2927 device has a PWM (IN1-IN2) input interface. It is compatible with industry-standard devices. Internal shutdown functions are provided for overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and overtemperature.
PM004 is a 4M Bit/512K Byte capacity SPI (Serial Single-Wire) interface STT-MRAM (Spin-Transfer Torque Magnetic Random Access Memory) chip. Its data is non-volatile with a retention time exceeding 10 years. The chip supports independent 1-bit SI (Serial Input) and SO (Serial Output) interfaces, allows continuous writing or reading of data bytes at its maximum clock frequency, and features zero write latency.
The PN256K is a 256K Bit/32K Byte IIC interface non-volatile memory. It adopts advanced PMTJ STT-MRAM technology to achieve read and write transmission of up to 400kHz, with excellent reliability and more than 20 years of data retention time.
